Service agreement

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information and grant access to the property at the agreed time.

Pricing

All prices include VAT and are confirmed before service commences. Final price may vary if the actual condition differs significantly from the description provided at booking.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue free of charge.

Payment

Payment is due on-site after the service is completed. We accept cash, card and bank transfer. No prepayment is required.

Cancellation

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
