Deep cleaning is an investment in depth. Everything regular cleaning doesn’t reach — inside the oven, behind radiators, grout lines, door frames — is covered here. It takes longer and costs more, but it brings the home back to the condition it was handed over in.
When to book deep cleaning
- Before new tenants move in — Airbnb hosts, rental owners. The property is guest-ready after a day’s work.
- After renovation — vertical surfaces, floors, upholstery are covered in fine dust from plaster and sanding. Regular cleaning doesn’t lift it.
- Spring and autumn resets — remove winter dust, prepare for the new season.
- When the home hasn’t been cleaned for a while — if you’ve skipped maintenance for a few months, deep cleaning starts from scratch.
What’s included (detailed)
Kitchen: oven interior with grease removal, fridge interior with shelves pulled out, extractor hood with filter demounted, microwave, splashback tiles including grout, exterior and tops of cabinets (where oily dust builds up).
Bathrooms: tiles with grout, sanitary fittings with limescale and mould treatment, shower/bath with full degreasing, taps with limescale, mirrors, floor.
Living areas: windows from the inside with frames, radiators (including behind, where accessible), skirting boards, doors with frames, lamps and switches, floors, full dusting.
Balcony (if applicable): floor, railings, outdoor furniture — excluding plants and decorative items.
How long it takes
- Studio up to 45 m² — 4–5 hours
- 1-bedroom up to 65 m² — 6–7 hours
- 2-bedroom up to 90 m² — 7–9 hours
- 3-bedroom up to 120 m² — full working day (8–10 hours)
For very neglected properties (more than 6 months) — up to +50% after inspection.
After the deep clean
The home is in the state where regular cleaning is enough to maintain. If you plan ongoing upkeep, our subscription plan starts at 22 €/visit — significantly cheaper than one-off bookings.
