The turnover process
- Check-out → we go in — usually 1–2 hours after guest departure.
- Full clean — everything from our standard scope, with emphasis on kitchen, bathroom, and beds.
- Linen and towel change — with your fresh set, or ours for rent (+5 €/visit).
- Photo report — 8–12 photos of the prepared apartment, sent via Viber.
- Ready for next guest — usually at least 3 hours before check-in.
Pricing by property size
- Studio up to 45 m² — 30 €
- 1-bedroom up to 65 m² — 40 €
- 2-bedroom up to 90 m² — 55 €
- 3-bedroom up to 120 m² — 70 €
- Above 120 m² — on inspection
Free key holding. Linen rental: +5 €/visit.
