A freshly cleaned carpet has a completely different life. If you don’t remember when you last washed yours, it’s time. Our extraction equipment pushes hot water with detergent into the fibres under pressure and immediately pulls it back out along with the dirt — unlike surface brushing, which just moves dust around.
How the process works
- Call and inspection — tell us the approximate size and the carpet type. We book pickup.
- Collection — we come by van and take the carpet. Transport within Sofia is free.
- Inspection at our facility — we measure, assess the state, mark stains for pre-treatment.
- Deep extraction cleaning — the machine runs over the carpet in multiple passes.
- Drying — in a controlled environment, 4–8 hours.
- Return — next day (sometimes same day, depending on size).
What the cleaning removes
- Dust and allergens — especially important for children and allergy sufferers. House dust is a major asthma trigger.
- Pet hair — pushed deep into the fibres, invisible to vacuums.
- Food and drink stains — wine, coffee, juice, grease — most come out with pre-treatment.

For Persian and hand-knotted carpets we refer you to a specialist atelier — extraction equipment can damage fine weaving.
Common questions before booking
How often should carpets be washed? Once a year for a household without pets, twice if you have children or pets.
Can you clean on-site (without pickup)? The equipment requires extraction in a controlled environment for proper drying. On-site we only work with upholstery and mattresses.
